Hacking the
African future

AfriStack Summer Initiative

AfriStack’s “Hacking the African Future Summer Series” continues for the Third Consecutive Year, Be part of the Journey to Transform Africa’s Digital Potential into Reality!

Two years ago, our founder Tony Poenou set up for a trip to explore the real potential and the future of ICT in Africa. He went to Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Togo, Rwanda and Uganda where he was able to assess the needs and the potential of ICT trainings in Africa.

Last year, more prepared, AfriStack returned to Africa with two comprehensive programs: a 2-day hackathon in Dakar Senegal on developing technical solutions for Agriculture and 5-day Workshop for women entrepreneurs in Nairobi, Kenya.

This year, AfriStack is embarking on hachathon in Lome Togo (Sept. 20-22) on coming up with technical solutions for healthcare and two Summer Startup Bootcamps in Mthatha, South Africa (Sept. 27-29) and Buea, Cameroon (Oct. 4-6).

We need your help and support to carry this humble mission of ours to provide hands-on training in STEM and Entrepreneurship to minorities globally.

We are budgeting $15,000 for this very worthwhile trip to Africa.
